I hereby request participation as a volunteer in the Kings River Conservancy's (KRC) Volunteer Program. I agree to grant full permission to KRC to use my name and any photographs, video graphs, motions pictures or recordings for any publicity and promotional purposes without obligation or liability to me.

I agree to idemnity and hold the Kings River Conservancy, its employees and contractors, harmless from and against any and all liability for any injury which may be suffered by the aforementioned individual arising out of or in any way connected with his/her participation in this program.
