IMG_3782_edited.jpg

The City of Sanger in partnership with the Kings River Conservancy are making great progress in obtaining various permits and CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) compliance for a new park along the Kings River. Funding for this park, to be located at the northwest corner of the river and Goodfellow Avenue on city owned property, comes from a $425,000 grant from the State Department of Parks and Recreation. All permits and CEQA compliance work is expected to be completed by this spring. Construction is scheduled for this fall.
